Are you being bullied?
It is never okay for someone to bully or harass you! If someone is, here are some things you can do to help handle the situation:
- Report the concern. If someone is cyber-bullying you, report it to the website or network where it is happening
- Get help from someone you trust. Reach out to someone you trust, like a parent or teacher or youth minister, and ask them for help.
- Talk to the person bullying you. Sometimes talking to the person who is posting or saying mean things about you can help – they may not realize how much it hurts. you. Only do this if you don’t feel threatened or scared.
