Dear LEAD Community,

I am honored and energized to join LEAD as the Chief Advancement Officer. Born and raised in Lake Bluff, my passion for LEAD and its mission to prevent high-risk behavior and provide positive alternatives runs deep. As my husband and I raise our three sons in this community, I feel there is nothing more gratifying than being able to share my professional skills and abilities to make a difference in an impactful organization like LEAD.

With over two decades of financial management, strategic planning, process improvement, organizational development and management of teams in both the healthcare non-profit and corporate sectors, I am eager to share my experience and expertise with LEAD. Formally, I hold a BA in Economics and French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MHA from the University of Cincinnati. As a leader, my philosophy is to inspire others and capture their hearts, while constantly challenging everyone to think beyond the immediately obvious.

As the new Chief Advancement Officer, my role will focus on developing a plan for the future financial sustainment of LEAD. This includes grant funding, donor and corporate relations and fundraising, as well as communicating out to all of you, our LEAD community, to share our successes so that you can see and feel the differences that we are making.

I am truly grateful to LEAD for the opportunity to explore my personal passion to make a difference in the community I have always called home. I am looking forward to serving our community, youth, and parents in this exciting new role.

Warm Regards,
Nicole Quick
